Should you really be on one level for a month

Started 4499 on January 2nd. A whole month later, February 2nd, and I’m still on 4499.

Currently being offered an extra 125 moves.

I refuse to pay for any boosters, as they do not guarantee you will pass the level anyway. Oh well, I’ll keep picking it up once a day…

The idea is to either use boosters or pay gold to pass these type of impossible-without-boosters-levels. So no, you shouldn't really be on one level for a month. That isn't fun. There are opportunities to collect free boosters by replaying previous levels. That is one alternative to giving up and quitting. There also was the Bash of Gold yesterday, in my game at least, which would have paid 40 gold for replaying level 1000 about twenty times, which is easy to do. Not all the levels are meant to be passed without boosters any more, so there is no point whatsoever trying to pass the same level using no boosters day after day.

So the way to beat a hard level is to replay an easier level twenty times?

No. The idea to beat a hard level is to use boosters or gold. Of course King really want you to pay money for those. My suggestion was another way to do it without paying.
