I am having connection issues with chocolate box for the past few weeks. Have tried everything suggested including re-installing the game. I am on android, can anyone help?

That automated email is the "initial response" we receive from the King Player Support team. So, no matter how many times we send the complaint, we will receive the same email.
What you have to do is - to send a reply to that automated email.
How long has it been since you sent these complaints? If it has been 3 to 5 days, and you did not receive any "how did we do" email from them, please choose the first automated email and send a reply to the team.
** At the top of the body of the email (just below to Subject/Reference boxes), you should see a specific line "reply above this line".
While writing your reply, please inform include that "it has been ___ days and you still need help but, you haven't heard from anybody"!
An agent will definitely get in touch with you๐๏ธ

Thank you for responding.i have tried everything and have emailed the support team 3 times already. I always get the automated response asking me to do the same things. Nothing is working. Everything is up to date on my phone, nothing more to do ๐

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues from few weeks!! We had few players that had same issue but, it was resolved!
Do you have the latest version of the App on your device? Please check in your Google Play Store and see if there are any available updates, and install them.
I would also suggest you to check the updates on your device software too.
If the update did not resolve the issue, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint, as the issue is isolated right now. To send the complaintโฌ๏ธ

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseโs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have notโฆ
