Level 4936 took my fish booster but didn't give me any fish!

I’ve played this level so many times but today I thought I’d crack it. I got 20 minutes each of color bombs and wrapped/striped combo from a chocolate box plus spun a fish from the treat machine. I even got 3 extra moves from a friend. I selected the fish but never got any and still lost. Next try there weren’t any fish left for me to select. I don’t understand why the booster is gone but I never got the use of it. I’ve been on this level so long I’d forgotten that it happened once before, too! By the time I looked this up in your help pages and restarted my device as instructed I’d lost most of my 20 minutes, too. After restarting I got closer to winning than ever before but I can’t know if it’s fixed cuz I’m out of fish.
