I agree. Unfortunately the moderators only reply to English language posts and will close and delete this thread.
There are two possible first moves. If you match the greens on the left you get the oops.
If you match the reds on the right then you can continue, so try this on your next attempt:
Match the reds and the greens will also disappear and leave the striped candy to hit to open up the top.
