My game won't update to my current game status, it has me playing as a new member, grrrr...

I am playing on my work desktop that I have always played on and it was always at my game level but now all of a sudden the update just keeps spinning. I tried clearing out my memory cache but that did not work.

Which device are you using to play the game? What do you mean by "it has you playing as a new member"?
