I am sorry to hear that you are having multiple issue in your game!!
I need few details about "not getting bonus candies" issue!!
- Which bonus candies are you talking about?
- Are you playing a special event?
- Are you not moving forward in your game map?
With regards to changing your profile picture:
Which device are you using? Can you show me a screenshot of your profile page?
