Sorry for being late 🙂 You probably passed this level by now, but I'll post just in case.
I tried this level out and managed to pass it.
Start by clearing the middle and bottom with the help of bonbon blitz, but don't aim to clear all of the chocolate just yet. It is beneficial to clear the twists and deal with outer rainbow streams first. If the inner streams are cleared first, the toffees will stream on board and block the path of the rapids.
The second step is to clear the marmalade covering the twists so that they can link together in two chains for easy removal.
When the marmalade is brought to the bottom by the conveyor belt, use matches or stripes to attack it.
Attempting to remove the marmalade in the screenshot above resulted in an explosion that cleared one link of rainbow twists and nearly cleared another. There's a problem here: toffees began to flow down on the right and obstructed the path of the rapid, so I need to deal with them.
Collecting enough toffees can be problematic if the twists are not cleared quickly enough. Thankfully, the color bomb + striped combo allowed me to collect all the toffees I needed.
Finally, I am able to match the three orange candies horizontally to eliminate one toffee that blocks the path of a rapid without causing more toffees to fall.
It didn't take me that many attempts, and collecting enough toffees was the main problem most of the time. Hopefully, this can be helpful.
