Never receive a Confirmation Email

I never receive a confirmation email. I have tried many times on multiple days, and there are no emails from King in my spam folder or any other folder, and emails from King are not being blocked. I see when Googling this issue many other people have faced the same problem. Can this be fixed? I want to confirm my email address as directed by King. Please advise.
