Is it a money making trick of Kings to frustrate a player to buy before they clear a level? By your algorithm, how many attempts does a player need to complete before they clear it???

Anyway around 2700 to around 5700 is the brutal section with 2700 to 4200 being absolutely poisonous. I burned out at 3200 lol.
Anyway I think I might give er another shot with the start of the spring season now that I know what to expect and to save up a but ton of gold for that section. Right now messing around on mobile (emulator since I don't want a tiny screen) to see the differences.
Hello @christinewupp sometimes King will give you a lucky board on the Legendary levels I have been stuck on those at least twice in the past with no boosters or gold and suddenly as if King gets sick of me being there I will get stripe, wrapped and freckles dropping all over the place and the board practically wins itself, but as I said only sometimes who Know what is going through the computers mind.😃
@Vpinto27 are you stuck on a level? The longest I have ever been stuck on a level is three days, but I do not know how many attempts this represents.
Another thing to note is that when I say I was stuck for three days that doesn't mean what a lot of people thinks it means. I only play a maximum of three hours a day and usually a lot less. So whilst being stuck for three days sounds like a long time in reality it is no more than nine hours.
But to answer your question, I agree with Christine and yes being stuck is definitely King's way of trying to persuade people to buy their way through a level.
Hi @Vpinto27 and welcome to the community. Some of us have been trying to work out the algorithms. I think the answer to your first question is "yes".
As for how many attempts it takes to completely clear a level, the algorithms for this are changed every week! As some players report being stuck on a particular level for weeks now, I do suspect that there are levels out there now (mostly those marked as legendary), which will never let a player pass unless they pay gold for extra moves or use certain boosters. Sometimes using starting boosters will flip the algorithm to a "lucky board" one, but just on which numbered attempt this happens is a mystery and players who use starting boosters on every attempt while they wait for this will soon deplete their inventory. King change the algorithms often so that we cannot predict when a lucky board will show up. This way we can't help others pass tricky levels.
