In the weekly contest, 1st position shows to win 10000+ level?

For weekly contest, I am on the 3rd week streak for mega prize. But I am replaced on 2nd position by someone who shows to have won 5000+ level, which has become now 10000+ levels. How is this possible?

this has happened to me

for the 2nd time. I think there is a bug in the game. Plz fix it.

I am glad to tell you that the Game Team has started their investigation last week or before, as they have received multiple complaints like the one you have posted! I have reported your complaint as well as sent your screenshot to our Community In-charge.

We do not know when the fix will come in, but it is under progress👍️

A few players have complained about players with a nonsense score in this weekly contest. I think @QueenB has alerted the team about it. There have been numerous complaints. One player had even over one hundred thousand levels.... Let's hope this won't happen again next week. It might be a good idea if you contact Player Support about this, especially since this glitch is costing you your third chest prize. The more complaints they receive, the more likely something will get done about it. Try to contact them through settings in your game. (the cogwheel on the map screen and then click on the ? symbol and scroll through the questions until you get "contact us" at the bottom)
