No extra moves or ads for boosters

Ever since I purchased gold bars I no longer get extra moves, or ads for extra boosters. I have seen this on previous posts and it has been done to keep me spending more money to win levels? I cannot afford to keep buying boosters and gold bars. I have been playing for years and will not be able to continue which is a shame as games are supposed to fun and relaxing. King needs to update their algorithm to detect when someone is stuck on a level for a long period of time and clearly no indication of purchasing gold or boosters 😡

Hi @lmrose71 I'm sorry this happened to you.

I am pretty sure King have such an algorithms as you suggest, to detect when a player has been stuck on a level for a long time. They used to send us help with a lucky board if this happened in the good old days, but have stopped doing that. The sad truth is they don't have any interest in keeping players who don't purchase gold or boosters.
