That is the result of "deleting" the App!! The boosters and Lives received from friends are stored on to the device local memory! When you delete the App, entire data pertaining to the game(s) also will be deleted. Hence, it is not possible to get it back!!
If your lost any boosters that were purchased with real money, you can contact the King Player Support team and request for reimbursement. But, you might have to show them the proof of purchase!!
