Why does my game freeze up especially watching the ads

It is not your game or device, but the glitches with the Ads.
I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report about the Ad that is causing freezing.
β> Click in the Pink cogwheel β. Click on ? Icon β Scroll down all the way till you see βPrivacyβ at the bottom of the list and click on it β the first option is to report an Ad β they have given detailed instructions on how to report an Ad.
