When u have no more moves to make u don't shuffle anything because u keep showing us to move a candy from under the ice that will not move!

Hi @Haleya21 If the board is not shuffling then there always is a move that can be made. With the ice you can make a match by moving a candy INTO the ice, even though you can't move a candy out of the ice to make exactly the same match. Look at the move the game suggests to you (turn on hints). Can you move a different ice-free candy into the ice to make that match? This would be easier to explain with a screenshot. So do post one and then we can show you which possible move you can make.

I have just found one such level. Here is my screenshot. The game suggests I make a match of the three orange candies at the top left. But the orange candy is under the ice. I can however move the purple candy (arrow) into the ice, which will bring the orange candy out of the ice to make the same match.
