why are my candies falling in slow motion ?
Old phone has been factory reset and new phone does not have to arrows

yes I did have the double arrow at the bottom of my screen but yesterday I got a new iPhone 14 and I transferred all my data from old iPhone to the new phone and since then my game is slow
i deleted the app, restarted my phone and then re download the game and it’s still slow

Do you used to have a Pink "Double Arrow" button at the bottom of the screen and you chose to use it? But, you don't find it anymore in your game?
If so, that is the "speed up" button, which made your game work faster! Since you are used to it, you are feeling that the candies are falling slowly!
If that is not the reason, can you please tell me which device you are using? If you are on mobile device, which version of the App you have right now? Also, make & model of your device.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
