Here is my screenshot showing I am well beyond the 10000 level. Why has King removed my 10000 banner? Why has King ignored my request to replace the 10000 banner?
As you suggested, I went back and beat level 10000 again, and the milestone banner reappeared. Interesting though; I play on two different devices, and I had to replay level 10000 on both devices in order to see the banner on both devices. Will be interesting to see if this is a permanent fix. Thanks for the help.

And, sorry to know that the level banner in your game has been glitchy for a while now!!
Can you please try one more thing? Replay level 10,000 and win it. Then, go to the game map screen and see if that kicks in the milestone banner.

I am glad that replaying the level worked! It is indeed interesting that you had to replay level on both your devices for the level banner to appear🤔
I will bring it up with our Community In-charge on Monday when they come back to work!
Of.course I checked the settings screen. You do realize that it takes quite some time to get to level 10000, and that I probably did not get this far without being aware that there are settings! When I first passed 10000, the banner showed up, but a couple of days later, it disappeared, and no body at King has been the least bit helpful in getting it back. See my post of the screenshot that clearly shows I am well beyond this milestone.
