This morning i was on level 14395 and used 10 gold bars (of 36 that I had) to get 90+ extra moves. I passed the level. Went away for a few minutes from the game. When I came back the game was updating. When it was done and i got back on, the game did not “remember” I had just won that level—I was once again on level 14395, with the option to buy 90+ extra moves, but now I only had 26 bars and I used 10 more to again finish this level So, I “lost” 10 bars. Any help? Thanks
EDIT: really? A bot response? There is no way I could have predicted or prevented the game from updating when it did. Gold bars are hard to come by and I was robbed of them

I am sorry to hear that you did not move to the next level after spending Gold Bars! You will have to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint.

That automated email is the initial response we all receive after sending the complaint, which works as an acknowledgement. So, please don't worry about it and do not delete it either.
Please wait for (up to) 72 hours to hear back from a real agent (the norm). If you haven't heard from anybody, then send a reply through that automated email and inform the team that you are still waiting for assistance. This waiting period is the frustrating one! Once an agent gets in touch with you, all will be better😍

Sent email and still have not heard from a real agent. Very disappointing!
Nothing but the initial automated response (and a followup request for feedback on "how did we do"). I did as you said, waited and then replied to the initial bot response saying i still needed assistance. My issue happened a week ago now! And nothing. Ah well.....
