New phone and lost my progress glitchy

I have a new phone. I had over 7000 levels. But the new phone is making me start at level 1. I have a king account. And signed in. The only thing that came with the account is my gold bars. These are the glitches.

1. making me start at level 1
2. next button doesn’t work. It makes me redo the levels. I have to physically go back and pick the next level.
3. cant participate in the race, so I can’t earn more gold bars
4. wont give me the credit for passing levels in first try. I don’t get the gold level badge
5. my level is stuck at 111 even though I passed it already

1) Please check this Help Article and see that you followed all the steps provided there --> Moving progress to a new device;

5) Stuck on level 111 --> The Candy Crush Saga team sent a workaround for the players experiencing this glitch...

• Replay and pass the level that your avatar keeps going back to. If you see there are no stars, you need to pass the level again. Then come back to the map screen;
• If there are stars, you still need to play the level and come back to the map screen.
