Jokes aside, King is testing to see what removing the lollipop does to how much $$$ they bring in. You are in the test group that it was removed from. Others still have it. This sort of thing happens all the time.

Since this change happens I play less because I have enough money to buy it all the time!

But if they wanna remove one treat they have to do randomly different treat ! Not just 1 specific item!!!!

I installed the game for my partner and she not received sweet cinema at all even after 2 months and play to level 300 !!!

This is normal in Candy Crush. Every player gets a different game with different events. A lot of players never get any adverts in their games, or if they do then much later than level 300.
