Hi @rosie718 I do hate those skulls!

Generally they move from one place to another on the board. Each time you hit them with a stripe or wrapped candy or make a match right next to them they will move to another place. Eventually the last one will disappear. How long that takes depends on the level you are on, so let us know which level you are on, or post screenshot of your starting board, that would be useful if you need more help.
