I lost my account and candy crush say that doesn’t exist

Hello, it's okay I'm having problems with the login, because the candy crush saga is saying that my account does not exist and when I had an account at this email address yes, because before closing it I check and my email appeared in the configuration my account and I had the option to change password, apart from all the receipts of purchases within the game, who plays is my son who has autism

If you followed that link, or the one @QueenB gave and entered your email and related information they usually respond within a day.

The first email you will get will be something like:

You should get something like the above. Likely they will ask for more information and you would put your reply in the top of the email they sent (you can see the please reply here at the top) and send it back to them.

I cannot say if the moderators or @QueenB can escalate the issue. QueenB should be back on in 12-14ish hours, based on time zones, and can help you further.
