I’m asking if I can be reimbursed it with Gold bars because I was having some technical issues with the app so I deleted it and downloaded it again and then I signed in and started to play and it made me go back to level one I spent a lot of money, and time to reach level 830 which is where I’m at now, I had to redo some really difficult boards that I was so relieved to get by I had to do it again

Whenever, you experience such glitches in the game, you can immediately contact the Player Support team! And, you can do this directly from your game itself.

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon located in the "Settings" window;
• Select an option from the given list that is suitable to the issue you are experiencing;
• A menu will be opened pertaining to the option you have chosen;
• Now, select & click on the most appropriate option that will help to resolve the issue;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" tab that is located at the bottom of the page.;
• You will have to fill out a form and submit it.
• Make sure to explain the issue in "Tell us what you need" box;
