Hi. Thanks for your help but I think I worded my question wrong.

When I win a level in Candy Crush. It doesn’t register the win. For instance. This week I have won .. supposedly 61 games. I’ve just had 2 wins and I’m still on 61. Thanks so much. Also having trouble with my fave Sosa. I had played over 3000 days in a row. All of a sudden I have no 30 mins free when I start for the day and the game doesn’t advance. Hope you can help. Don’t want to have to restart the app as I’ll lose all my levels. This has happened several times before and I had to go back to the beginning.

Did you mean the "Weekly Race"? Is the number of levels not increasing even when you win new levels in your game?

If so, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint.

Did you mean "Soda"? Are you playing Candy Crush Soda Saga game too? If so, you will have to post a separate question in our Soda Community, so that, that game Moderators can advice on what to do.
