Gold Rush

This "competition" has just appeared on my game @QueenB @kiara_wael

What a total joke, how contemptuous of whoever had this brain snap.

I would like someone to explain how a player, like me, at the top levels, who gets 45 newly released levels a week is supposed to participate in this abomination. I have tried to play by passing old levels but they don't apparently count, although nowhere does it say "new levels".

This is discrimination at the highest level and a total insult to me and others like @Boybinary and @Scooterpie.

Does anyone with a modicum of authority think before they release a farce like this ??

What do you think @christinewupp.

What do I think? Thanks for asking me @Peter_Tornaros : I think it's a pointless event! As pointless as there ever was one. All of us at the lower levels who manage to get through sixty levels in 24 hours will automatically win every episode/champions race anyway, won't we? So anyone winning the 60 gold will automatically win four champions races, making 4 x 40 or 45 gold (160/180 gold), depending on which champions race reward your game has. The rich get richer and the poor stay poor on this one. This event is really disappointing and offers nothing to the majority of players who are stuck on a level and unable to get through a whole episode in a day to win the episode races, i.e. those who really need a gold rush event. It's a bit like rubbing salt into the wound.

So you get gold for each of the stages? 20 bars for 20 levels. Don't think that you have to complete the whole 60. Too much...any way you look at it.

Really, even 20 levels that is a lot of levels to complete in 24 hours, 60 in 24 hours is just too much of an unreachable star? I have not even been playing the Gold Rush that is 25 Levels for 25 bars of gold in 24 hours for a while.

I am just going to play as I always play. Have not gotten into my game yet today.

As @Peter_Tornaros has stated, players who are waiting for new levels only have 45 new levels. This is plenty of levels for a week. You guys have come up with far better side games such as Candy Collection, Candy Quests, Warm up Collection, Bash for the Bars, etc.

P.S. Over the weekend is when the good side games are most appreciated by me.

    Thought about this some more...

What if the bar for advancement on the gold went: 15 levels = 15 bars, 30 levels = 30 bars, 45 levels = 45 bars?

15 Levels is one Episode. Would be doable, but planning required, just like with a lot of things. Could maybe fit in more better.

P.S. Challenges are good... Anyone else have ideas? ʕ•ᴥ<ʔ

    Level 3

The only one I have seen was 20 for 20 so

Well 60 more gold for 240 makes me smile. I mean right now the win app is 20 for 20... that's it.

Yes I agree with you all. This event is ludicrous. Even for players at lower levels. And is very badly timed: it appeared after the Winter Games and at the end of the Gold Club leaderboard event, i.e. after periods of time players would pass on more levels than usual to remain at the top of the leaderboard.

  • Below, the new Gold Rush side game just released by a bunch of 🤡🤡🤡

It is also further proof that the Community Managers and Moderators are no more than "public relations" decorations.

This one is even worse than the last one! You get NOTHING unless you pass all fifty levels. What a ridiculous event. At least last time there was an increment and a win for twenty levels.

    Ouch!

I agree with you. As unenticing as yesterday's. But let's be fair: nobody from CM up actually works at King during week-ends. As for Moderators, the poor souls, they can't do much about all this.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
