Problem with Synchronisation

I hope someone can help me. I reinstalled Candy crush on a new tablet yesterday, since then it won't synchronise on my smartphone. When I try to log in with my account (which I already am), I get an error message saying I have no internet connection. I have installed the latest version and Wi-Fi is also working. I've also switched off the smartphone and restarted it. Nothing helps.

This is the second time I've had this problem. Unfortunately, the first time I could only uninstall and reinstall the app, which means that all boosters are gone.

This is very annoying and also annoys me. Why can't this be fixed?
