Not getting candy box rewards!!

5 times now I have won the candy box with 10 gold, a candy hammer and strip wrapped candy I have Not gotten my rewards WHY??? My game is updated, and reset, turned off and on, contacted support NO ONE HELPS ME. I hate this and it is enough to quit forever. Just won again level 8734 NO REWARDS AGAIN!! When I claim I have not gotten rewards for last 3 weeks or more on this.
