How to transfer my log in progress without account

Dear Madam or sir,

I hope you are ok.

My mother have been gaming candy crush saga for 2 years and now she is in level 4064!

Unfortunately she played without account

She has changed her phone and now needs to transfer her progress to new phone.Could you please help us to do so?

How come you know your account ID? Does this not mean the game must have been saved at some point? I also have a game which I have deliberately never saved and I cannot find out what the player ID is for that game. When I click on "my account" in settings I get the screen below. There is no way here to find out my player ID. If you still have the old phone with the game open, then save it via the old phone, so it can be transfered to your new phone. To save your progress go into settings (the cogwheel on the map screen) , then into "my account" . If the game has not been previously saved this screen will appear and you need to create an account first. Do this by choosing the green "sign up with email". Once you have done this, on the new phone, load the game and go into the smaller "log in with email" at the bottom.
