This has happened again @QueenB @kiara_wael Can someone who knows what they are doing fix this latest glitch so I can collect the reward I am entitled to, or are they all too busy devising mindless, inane side games, like Gold Rush ??
@QueenB and @kiara_wael This has been happened to me several times this week. I have contacted King and they keep insisting there are no problems on their end. Yesterday once I completed the 4th task in the Gold Box it simply froze and did not give me the rewards and started a new box within minutes. This time King seemed to imply that maybe I received the rewards but did not notice. Highly unlikely on my end, but I have noticed that I can play unlimited Gold Boxes each day as long as I keep winning which I think is also a glitch unless something has changed for this event π
Hi @Colleen12 playing repeated Gold Chocolate Boxes is not a glitch it is how the Box works now. Once you have completed your first gold chocolate box you stay on the Gold chocolate Box until you fail to complete one. Once you fail you go back to the Classic Box and have to work your way back to the Gold Box. There is a five minute rest between each Box completed.
Unfortunately there have been issues with the Chocolate Box for sometime now with no fix in sight.

Also the 'Restart Required' problem is an issue that goes back to April 2023.
Back then the issue didn't cause much problem as the pop-up didn't actually cause any issues. Back then all you do is close the 'Restart' pop-up and carry on. As ever with King some users experienced different issues from everyone else and instead of just closing the pop-up and carrying on the pop-up stopped them from selecting rewards or opening Events/Features. These users had to restart their game each time the pop-up appeared.
My opinion is that because for the majority of people the Restart Required was just a minor inconvenience King never looked at and that is why it is still appearing in some people's game's.

Chocolate Box is back to normal.
I'm glad to hear it's back to normal π I have flagged this to the team who informed that they continue to work on improvements and apologies for the inconvenience caused π

Thank you I guess I never managed to complete a Gold Box until recently so I never actually noticed the change. Once they removed the Gold Bars and replaced them with timed boosters it was never my goal to finish the box and really never made the effort. Now that the Gold Bars are back I try to complete it because I need Gold Bars to get pass most levels for the extra moves.
I have never had a restart button pop up, but I frequently get the error message with internet connectivity. This does not happen everyday, but last week I managed to complete the Gold Box everyday and it happened at least 4 out of 7 days. Yesterday my game froze just as I was about to claim the rewards for completing the Gold Box and when I closed the game and went back in again a new box had started without giving me the rewards.
I contacted King, and after several emails they finally gave me the Gold Bars even though they were still suggesting that the issue with connectivity and the game freezing up was on my end.
Today I have sent them a screen shot with all the complaints noted in the Community regarding this very issue. The next time I will definitely check here first to see if other people are having issues to include with my submission.

I hope it stays that way for you Peter. The Restart Required message has always been intermittent.
