Why does the daily treat manager keep taking days away.

Question

My ID is 1000308543.  I play this game every day and have trouble with the treat manager all the time.  It doesn't always show up, even with rebooting the game a number of times throughout the day?      I have spend loads of money on this game and I am totally fed up now.    I missed the wheel two days and was at 30 and it took me down to 11?        Really>>>>>    Going to stop playing now, had enough after all these years.

We're sorry to hear you’ve lost your Daily Treat streak. We understand that you worked very hard to build up to such a number.

We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one. Device updates, the time you’ve logged in, and those one-time glitches can cause errors like this.

As much as we would love to, we are unable to restore streak progress. However, I encourage you to reach out to our Player Support as suggested above and see if they can compensate you in any way for the trouble 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game . in the meantime Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.
