getting only 40 gold bars after completing an episode race from last two days. have they reduced the gold bars.

I got Bash for Bars yesterday, collect blue candies for 40 gold bars. Still get Sweet Cinema and Chocolate Box, not that I manage to pass the Gold Box often for 10 bars as it's always a silly choice, like use 3 party boosters, pass unplayed levels or pass levels 1st time, which I can't do if I haven't got any. I keep saying it, I just don't understand the way King operate, not giving everyone the same š

Last time I saw one of the "candy collecting" event was as the "warm up" of Reward Rustle event! Other than that, not many events are going on in my game too!!
I see on Facebook that some players have "Gold Bash" (or something like that), where you collect certain number of Blue Candies and Yeti gives you GB reward! I never had that in my game! I guess you and I are in a group that do not receive special eventsš
And, I echo that the "Sam's Streak" is not a favorable special event!! To win that, we have to play lot of new levels, and for a small reward!! I spend 10 x of boosters that are being given as rewards!!
Hello @christinewupp or anyone else reading this, I was wondering if King have stopped with the special events where you collect different colour candies playing old levels to get extra boosters or gold, because for the last 3weeks I have not been getting these events. I am only getting the daily treat machine and the booster wheel. I don't count sams streak because I hardly ever win that.š
Yes, I play on my PC it is the only way that I can see the game with my poor eyesight even with my glasses on it is very hard to see the game on my phone, I tried but I cannot see the moves that I have to make. It is a shame that I do not get this season pass seem like a good way to get extra boosters.š
I replied many times to this one particular Customer Service Representative and got no where. Normally if I get real lucky I will get different representatives and different responses each time š

For the 1st time I've also got Tap the Butterfly. On holiday so won't be trying yet. Guess it's only on new levels so will have to wait anyway.
i have been only getting 40 , cant cross any level without using gold bars.
@Colleen12 I hope you replied to that response saying that it did not answer your question. People required to complete different targets for the same feature is a different thing to you not seeing the same extra game elements as your friends.
With the exception of the Booster Wheel (and I am not 100% sure about that) no feature is available to every player of a particular platform at the same time @christinewupp
Do you play on PC? I think only mobile players get this, but I thought every mobile player gets Season Pass.
I will just leave this portion of a response that I received from Customer Care regarding a similar issue but for a different event where some players had to collect different amounts of a particular candy but received the same rewards.
This means that itās entirely possible for you to not see the same extra game elements as your friend, or theyāll not see something you have. Rest assured though, the main ācoreā game will always be the same for all of our players. Over time those extras will cycle around and youāll maybe see the one you prefer and your friend will have something else. Keep checking in and having fun, the perfect combination may just be around the corner!
WHOA Vicky something else you don't get, how unfair. I have been getting Seasons Pass for many months once a week. It involves passing levels (don't have to be new ones) to climb the tiers. Each tier gives boosters like striped, fish, colour bomb, lucky candy, and once reaching the top, lollipop hammer, free switch and UFO. Comes out on a Tuesday and each week I keep my fingers crossed that I still get it, sorry to hear you don't š
Hello Carol, @christinewupp and @Alienscar what is seasons pass, I do not get this feature?š
I'm wondering if it's taken a long time for you to get the new Season Pass @Alienscar , I'm sure I've had mine for a long time now. But even before that I'm sure I was getting alternating lollipops and switches. Not something I took screenshots or took much notice of really. Just made sure I completed it every week.
I don't remember a Free Switch in my old Season Pass at all @Carol-38, but now I am beginning to think I just didn't notice the alternating lollipop until somehow it was highlighted to me by this new Season Pass.
Mine has always alternated between Lollipop Hammer and Free Switch for as long as I can remember @Alienscar . This week's is showing the same as yours and Christine's. Next week, if we get it, I believe position 10 will be a Free Switch and a Colour Bomb and position 9 a UFO. Something to check on Tuesday I suppose. I don't recall it being any different, but you know what my memory can be like - Whoa.
If you think you always got a Lollipop Hammer did you also get a Free Switch further down?
I am beginning to doubt myself now @Carol-38 but the only time I have noticed not getting a lolliop from my Season Pass is with this new look Season Pass. Did your UFO used to change positions?
My Season Pass has always alternated the same as Christine's @Alienscar @christinewupp one week the Lollipop Hammer the next week the Free Switch and always a UFO. Are you saying Alienscar you always got a Lollipop Hammer and never a Free Switch? Or just saying that the only time you get a Lollipop Hammer now is from Seasons Pass every two weeks being as they've stopped it for some in Sweet Cinema.
Here is my old Season Pass
In this one the UFO would change from position 9 to position 10 every other week and in doing so swap places with the lollipop.
A few weeks ago I received the new look Season Pass and now the lollipop is only available every other week.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
