I recently had to buy a new phone. I have had to change phones several times in the past few years, and have had no difficulty in retrieving my prior progress with my Candy Crush game. However, with my most recent phone change, I have been unable to successfully retrieve my previous progress.
I have entered my email and password and can successfully log into my account, but when I try to retrieve my progress, it just takes me back to the same account page. Could someone please help me retrieve my previous progress with my Candy Crush game? Thanks!!
