I just purchased a bundle for $9.99. It was supposed to be 60 gold bars and five lollipops. I got the gold bars but not the lollipops. How do I rectify that I can’t figure out how to talk to it customer support.

** If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game ⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in "Settings" window;
• Go down to "My Purchases";
• Scroll down to "Did not receive my purchased items" and click on it;
• You will find the steps and suggestions on what to do.
