Wait for a lucky board like this player got. You will recognise a lucky board after making two or three moves. If there is no obvious good first moves, which will create striped or wrapped candies, always carry out the move the game suggests. I have found that the game will almost always suggest the best first move and if there is any chance of a lucky board it will trigger it. Don't spend all your boosters on levels like this, because they are fixed and if you don't get a lucky board no starting boosters will help, and you'll just be wasting them. If you get really close and you have gold to play on or a lollipop to win the level, use it.
