Just curious why I’m only getting 16 moves for this level which is clearly impossible so I went onto YouTube and saw people with this level who either had 22 or 29 moves I am no longer interested in buying gold coins. I’ve spent a fortune on coins. Is the reason why I only have 16 moves when other people have 29 because you’re trying to get more money out of me?

I only have 15 moves. Haven’t been able to get color bombs or other boosters.

Yes, that is the reason. But I do think that at this point in time every player probably only gets 16 moves for this level. I assume those videos are old and they change the levels every week! (Obviously I'm not affiliated with King, so the moderators might give you a different answer)

Since writing this I have found this video on YouTube. The player did pass in 16 moves (they had 19 but then won with 5 spare) using only starting boosters. From the video it is quite clear that you will have to use starting colour bombs to pass this. All the keys are yellow, so that is your hint here. Good luck!
