Update app fail

I have had candy crush saga on my phone since end of 2022 and I was on level 516 which was a hard level I was determined to pass. So I wanted to go on the shop to see what combos I could buy, however, the app kept closing everytime I went on it. So I finally decided it was time to update the app and when I did…. Everything changed. The level I was on was completely different and was super easy, as well as the few levels after that too. The game is not the same with this update and I’m not enjoying it anymore 😭 how can I get the old app back?

You can't. Once King update the game the old version is gone. It must have been a very old version you had. In fact the game has become much harder since 2022. It may be that because you had not logged in to the game it lets you pass levels easily now. The game does that when players return after a long break. I would suggest you keep going. You'll find the game will get a lot harder before long. I have not read anyone complain of Candy Crush being too easy! So enjoy it while it's easy and make sure you win all the episode races and keep the gold safe for when you will need it for impossilbe levels later on.
