Price from Candy royal changes in game

Hi,

The Goldprice grond the Candy Royal changes while playing game.

It was when I stared 1500 for 21 levels. When I was on level 11 it changed to 500.

I already spend gold because I wanted to win the Candy Royal. Eventually I won 36 of gold, less then I spend on level 11 or level 21.

This is the 3th time that this happened.

I want my gold for winning the gold price of 1500 with 13 people :)

    I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the promised amount of Gold Bars after finishing Candy Royale weekend special edition!! The Candy Team is trying to fix this glitch, but looks like it is still glitchy!!

    I have seen some more complaints this morning! So, I will escalate this issue to our Candy Community In-charge! But in the meantime, please contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about the change in the reward.

    If you are playing on mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Go down to "Events" and click on it;
    • Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" button and click on it;
    • Fill out the form and send your complaint.

    The first response you receive will be an automated email with general tips, which you do not have to pay attention to. Please wait up to (for) 72 hours to receive a response from an actual agent.
