Why does Candy royal divede 500 gold. Instead of the total goldprize of 1500

It already happened three times this year. I participated successfully and finished 21 levels. I only get mij part of 500 gold in stead of the 1500 gold as shown when I decide to play candy royale

• Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" button and click on it;
• Fill out the form and send your complaint.
