Pandora ad freezes up

When using the free help item, every time the Pandora ad is shown, it freezes up. Not a question, but complaint.

I am sorry to hear that one of the Ads is freezing in your game!

I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. And, you can do this directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon in the Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option is to "report an Ad";
• Once you open it, you will find the steps to report an Ad.

They will be able to check and report to the game team to take an action from their side!
