Lose without moving

Good day, i like to play CC in my free time but each time i open my CC app to play im having lost my sam streak, candy royal, and any booster i get at the first round. But after i win it they show up on the next round (but if i lose their gone), this glitch really sucks.

Last night i lose without moving on round 7811, because of that i lost : sam streak, 3 booster i use (before the round start), and the most pissed me off are my candy royal that have 167 gold chance because they are 3 contestant left (including me).

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!

    Can you please explain a bit more about the issue? Both Candy Royale race and the Win Streak are designed that way -- if we lose a single level, we lose everything!!

    But, I did not understand your issue with the Sam's streak!! Few more details and may be screenshots might help out to figure out the issue!!

    Hi, my latest problem is when i played 7811 i lost instantly without even the chance to move, that make me lose everything!!

    Oh, no!! It looks like you are stuck with a level with “Oops” (as some of our Community Friends call it as)!! I will report this to our Candy Community In-charge, to send to the game Studio.

    Which device are you using? And what version of the App do you have right now?

    And they still have not fixed this level. Candy Crush Saga cares nothing about their players anymore. All they think about is money... 24/7. 💰️
