Bought gold, Didn't get it?

I bought the $1.99 gold to complete a level. When it went back it wouldn't let me continue or close the level. I had to restart the app but the gold was gone and so was my money. Help?!

• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill out the form and send your complaint.
