You need to use the frog for this. Feed it to make it glow and then move it to space just by the skull. Then you need to recharge the frog and repeat this until all the skulls have been removed. To recharge the frog hit one of the colour bombs that drop from the dispenser against a candy the same colour as the frog. Good luck!
