Level 7915
Watched several videos for tips and I have less moves than any video I have watched. They have over 20 moves and I have 14. Is this how all levels are? Do players all get different numbers of turns? This doesn’t seem fair not to mention that it is mathematically impossible to clear this in that many levels without many boosters. I buy and use tons of boosters but I don’t think I should need 10 boosters to clear one level. Thanks.

King do change the number of moves in levels every so often and therefore the YouTube videos are often not much use any more. The videos older than one year always got luckier game boards as well than the ones King send out now. The last video I can find from 3 months ago had 19 moves. I myself have just scrolled back to this level and I have 15 moves. In general they assign players to different test groups, each getting different events, and apparently now also different moves in levels! What they are testing is which method will persuade the most players to spend money on the game, so please don't fall for this dirty trick. If most players spend money to get past this level then they will not change it back. If enough players get stuck and complain about it they may well increase the moves again and include luckier game boards in the future. To complain contact Customer Services via the app. Use Settings, which is the cogwheel on your map screen then click on the ? icon and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. If all you get is an automated answer reply to that with specifics of your complaint.

I have been stuck on level 7915 for days with only 13 moves. I have contacted King with no reply other than an automated reply saying be strategic with moves and what not, things that won’t help with only 13 moves.
