I have lost connection to my game. I cannot give lives, buy anything or participate in any events. I have tried all recommended fixes and nothing works. It seemed to have happened when I purchased a gift card and applied it to my account for more bars. I can’t use those. Customer support is no help.

I need a clarification please... The connection issue you are experiencing -- is it with the "Store" - where you buy boosters, lives, etc., OR with the game itself?
It looks like you have contacted the Customer Support already! What do you mean they are "no help"? Can you please explain?
