I should be the winner of the weekly event and it just disappeared. Also no other events are showing up.

Exactly the same thing happened to me! I lost the prizes, minutes of bloosters I tried restarting, the bloosters came in, still give thanks LUCK

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, do you see a Red curtain or just the booster wheel in your Events folder?
If so, they did not disappear, but just hiding behind the curtain. All you need to do is -- replay an old level and lose it -- now, go back to the Map and open the Events folder -- all the events that are available to you (right now) should be back. If it didn't work, please redo these steps.
