When trying to make purchases, do you see a constantly spinning circle OR "connection error" message?

This is not the issue that others complain about... they experience either a wheel that spins constantly OR a message that says "connection error"!!
Since the issue just started happening, I would wait for a bit and try to make the purchase later!! It could be because there might be an issue with the King servers itself or there is a temporary connection issue on your side at the moment of Purchase!!
Do you have the latest version of the game App? How about the Software of your iPad?
Please do not reinstall the game! If you are still experiencing this connection issue, please try these steps first --> close the game App -- Go to "Settings" and clear Cache -- shutdown the iPad for five minutes and turn it back on -- reopen Candy Crush Saga and try to make the purchase.
