Need help please

A new attempt, in the hope that someone can finally help me this time. The support team only gives me standard automated answers. 

I play Candy Crush on two devices, tablet and smartphone, both Samsung. Unfortunately, I keep getting an error message on one device saying that I have no internet connection. But that's not true. Versions are also up to date. I then have to reinstall the app on the device every time to get my score back. This means I lose all my boosters every time and that's really annoying. 

How can I solve the problem? So far, playing on two devices has worked, it has always synchronised correctly. Why is this suddenly no longer possible?

It's no fun like this any more...
