Thanks for the info! I have to say that restarting of the game started up again after I changed the new speed setting. I changed it back from fast to slow so it’s not restarting as much but that is the issue that needs to be tested by your developers on an iPad. Thanks for all your help and I hope the next version that comes out has this fix in it!

I was able to get the software running correctly again. I deleted the app then installed it. Is there any way I can get the 20 gold bars I lost?
Yes, the game closes on me. No, I’m not doing anything else when this happens. Doesn’t always reboot when I use my gold bars but today it did (I lost 10 bars yesterday and 10 bars today). The version of the IOS software on my iPad is 12.5.7 and the version of the app is 1.273.0.2 (I updated it this morning). Previous version was 1.272.3.1 and it did it on this version too. It doesn’t do this at all in my iPhone, it only does it on my iPad.

Is that what's happening? If so, were you watching an Ad at that moment, by any chance?
About losing Gold Bars --> Does your game reboots as soon as you spend your Gold Bars?
Which device are you using? Can you please check the version of the App you have right now?
Losing men means the lives I’m using. Just happened twice in a row a couple minutes ago.
The game reboots and I lose my game, my player I’m using, and gold bars that I selected to extend the game I’m playing.

Can you please explain what do you mean by "losing men"? Did you mean your friends?
Regarding Gold Bars -- if you are sure that you did not spend your Gold Bars, then you will have to contact the King Player Support team. They will look into your account and see what happened. Please let me know if you need help with contacting the Player Support team.
