I was in the contest to win 1500 gold bars. I had 20 out of 21 wins. There were 7 other people still in the contest. At that point I would have won around 187 gold bars. I started playing again and won one game. That should have been my 21st win. I got no sign of having won. I played another game and won. It gave me the 21st win and said there were 11 other players I was sharing with and I got 125 bars. Really? How did that happen? Something is not right.

** If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on ? icon in Settings Window;
- Go down till you see "Events" and click on it;
- Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and send your complaint.
