Missing ads

I have been without ads for Candy Crush Soda AND Candy Crush Jelly, it's been almost 2 months since I stupidly spent $2.99 in CC Soda. I was not aware about losing ads, and I really didn't expect I would lose it for CC Jelly too. Is there anyone able to help out? Its made playing either Soda or Jelly very difficult. I have been at same level in Soda for.2+,weeks. I already read about.how it was conditional, but darn it! I loved playing Soda a lot. Now it.has killed my interest in playing any CC games. To reiterate, please HELP me out. I would have spent more money in the game by now if it hadn't killed ads for 2 of the 3 CC games I was playing

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
