I just beat 21 levels and didn’t get reward on candy royale

I’m confused. My candy royale challenge was to beat 21 levels and I did and then got nothing. It just went away as if I had lost but I didn’t. Never said “sorry you lost” or anything. Just went away. Then came back 30 minutes later. I was on my 5th win in a row and again it just went away.
